TERMS & CONDITIONS......FOR ADRENALINE ATV TOURS..

• All drivers will be required to sign a damage deposit form that requires a deposit held on credit card or cash deposit. If no damage to vehicle, no charge.
• All drivers will observe the "Tread Lightly" rules of respect for the environment, including the land, air, animals, etc.
• All drivers will be required to wear the appropriate gear that is provided.
• All drivers will be advised to inform guides of what experience level they are.
• All drivers will be required to sign a waiver indicating their knowledge of responsibilities.
• It is the responsibility of the guests to call the 24 hr. reservation lines upon arrival to advise they are re-confirming their adventure. 1-866-881-2887 or 702-289-5427.
• It is the responsibility of the guests to advise what picnic order is. (Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or vegetarian).
• If order not received, guests will automatically receive Turkey.
• It is the responsibility of the guests to advise if anyone under 16 will be riders.
• All drivers must be 16 +

Any children under the age of 16 will be passengers in the Jeep/Rhinos. All children/non-drivers enjoy the adventure with the expert maneuvering of the Guide assigned to that vehicle. Others have their own Individual Quad.

We do not have double Quads or allow double-riding on Quads. This enables the person driving to be able to function without worrying about another passenger. The rider can enjoy the scenery more and not worry preventing a driver from handling a Quad with someone behind them. If the guests allow the guides to present this tour for the pleasure of experiencing the challenge of a variety of terrain & breathtaking scenery, the guests will truly enjoy a memorable adventure.
